Dafetide Energy Consultancy Services Limited ”Dafetide” is an indigenous Oil and Gas Company passionate about building a world-class consultancy enterprise in the heart of Africa. Dafetide is an up-scale energy consultancy company designed to set the benchmark in professionalism while presenting exceptional technical, management and regulatory advisory solutions to planning, evaluations, operational and coordination and general organizational needs of Oil and Gas companies.
Incorporated in 2014 the company is made up of professionals with technical and managerial experience of over 80 years of combined industry practice. Most of the directors and management staff have worked on several oil and gas related projects in local, regional, and international basins; and have served in executive capacities while working for National Oil Companies (NOCS), International Oil Companies (IOCs) and indigenous oil and gas companies covering all major sectors of the petroleum industry.
Our Capabilities
The founding directors and senior management have actively participated in several bid rounds held in Nigeria between 2000 and 2020 and have cognate experience in managing relationships with the industry regulators at high levels and are also knowledgeable in securing all related licenses and permits required for oil and gas operations throughout the life span of an asset. Our core strength lies in assisting to set up new ventures/special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and turning them into sustainable ventures/SPVs.
Dafetide’s G & G technical team are high-quality and vibrant professionals skilled in the art of basin analysis, exploration, field development plans, regulatory advice and technical project management.
Dafetide in partnership with its technical partners has the capacity and capability to provide quality and timely core geological, geophysics and engineering services for the upstream sector meeting both international and local clients’ requirements.
Moreover, as Nigeria strives for inclusive growth and equity, access to affordable safe and reliable sources of energy will be a key factor in promoting economic development and the well-being of the citizens. However, meeting this demand in a sustainable and socially responsible manner requires massive investments, leading-edge technologies, the highest skilled human resources, and superior ethical business practices.
